If you are in China

12356 is the unified national mental-health support helpline promoted by the National Health Commission. Dialing it connects you to your local psychological assistance line, staffed by trained counselors; most regions operate around the clock. Anyone can call — you don't need to be "ill enough" to deserve it. For immediate danger, call 120 (ambulance) or 110 (police).

If you are elsewhere

When to reach out right away

Ongoing (non-emergency) struggles deserve professional care too: a psychiatrist, psychologist, or your primary-care doctor is a fine place to start. Booking a mental-health appointment is as ordinary as booking a dental one.

About this site

Everything on PixelJu is psychology outreach — not diagnosis or treatment, and comments/DMs cannot provide counseling. Passing this page to someone who might need it is a quietly kind thing to do.
